Ann, This is a different Julie, my GF is on here as JUJU26. You are goign to get me in trouble. The real GF (JUJU26) will think I am having an affair As for old railway stations, if other people in the group want to try to find a disused one then I know of one near to me which is now a steam museum. I can ask, and see what they say. And we would have to have some evidence of paranormal activity as well. Lee

No worries, I can see how you came to that conclusion Although you are right, Julie was very scared about Maes, but when we got there she was fine. In fact she now is not scared at all and wants to try lots of different things to provoke paranormal activity. We had a funny one the other night. Another group, based in Bristol that I am a member of. Had a message posted on their website by one of their mediums about a road near to where I live. Where they had sensed a spirit of a woman killed in a road accident. We decided to drive down this road and stop, if we could to ask her to show herself. Anyhow I never told Julie where abouts on the road, but just where we had to turn off. As we were smack bang in the place on the road, Julie said it was here. You could sense something was there, unfortunately we couldn't stop because of the road being to busy. Anyhow now the funny bit, we turned off just down the road to turn around went about 100 metres down this country lane, which did have houses on it. I started to turn around in a junction and Julie screamed "oh DEAR (replace with expletive) me" I had a hot sensation run from the top of my head to my toes, and got a massive adrenaline rush, not due to any paranormal actvity, purely due to Julie's scream. I floored the car and was gone. Julie then told me that there was a phone box and the light inside was broken and flashing and it had scared her. I can remember thinking that there was someone going to attack us, hence the adrenaline rush. It turns out that just down that lane is a place called Kendleshire, and a notorious lovers lane. A close family friend, done some of his courting with his wife down there if you know what I mean. One night they were parked up, and things were a little heated, the guy saw a light from outside and popped his head up to see what it was and he swears he saw a ghost of a man floating over a hedge. Naked he drove all the way home, scared out of his wits. Funny thing is, as long as I have known this man he has been hard as nails. A mechanic by trade, a real mans man. He is about 6ft 4" and about 16 stone and not fat. I have seen him pick a dead fully grown sheep out of a lake after it drowned with one hand, when you consider the weight of the water in the wool as well you can imagine how heavy it was. But he was scared of a little spirit. Just wait until I see him next

Seems like Julie has been denying her 'sensitivity' either through fear of the unknown or fear of ridicule and that you seem to be helping her bring it to the fore.
I know a lot of blokes like your mate. Hard as nails and as rough as sandpaper but invite them to an investigation and they wont even consider it!!
