Trying To Join?

Please help me? I have tried for hours today and yesterday to join. I have registered 2 times and tried to log in so many can not count now. Theres no explanation on how to get on your site or anyone to talk to about it. Unless you are a member. You keep saying you have no record of my user name yet its in your drop down menu i never have to type it out. It was there first time I tried to get on? I am [e-mail]. Merry Christmas to all of you and maybe one day I can actually join? Please help me? I love your site and want to see all of it. You have no record of me even though i joined 2 times maybe 3 now?

ive just come from st michaels church in pitsea with 5 of my friends when we was all followed by dogs as we was walking thru the graveyard 2wards the tower in pitsea mount, everytime we stopped they scarpered away... we also saw a black figure of a man standing by the tower.. as we approached he disappeared... very strange
