We will start at the beginning!
A
Abacomancy
The art of foretelling the future by observing paricles of dust! The way that the dust is blown, distributed or disturbed is read very much like tea leaves. The origins and precise method of this ancient type of divination are still unknown! Sometimes the diviner uses the ashes of the recently deceased!

Acheri In native American folklore, Acheri is thought to be the ghost of a little girl who died of desease. Legend has it that Acheri is a frail and pale looking female spirit who lives on mountaint tops and hills. At night she travells into the valleys and spreads infections, disease and pain usually to children by casting her invisible shadow over innocent sleeping victims! It is thought that the colour red offords protection against this entity and amulets of red thread worn as neclaces will protect children from the disease Alcheri brings similarly in European folklore, red charms are used to protect against harm from evil spirits!

Afrit
The Afrit comes from the Arabian and Muslim folklore and alleged to be a spirit demon who rises up like smoke from the spilt blood of a murdered person. They are said to inspire unspeakable terror and because of the unjust, brutal nature of thier demise, they are ruthless towards thier victims. Sometimes they are said to appear in the shape of desert whirlwinds and it has also been said that they can take on the form of the Christian Devil!! With hooves for feet and horns on thier head. Driving a new nail into the bloodstained ground is thought to prevent thier formation.

Ailuromancy
A form of Zoomancy also known as feliomancy. It is the art of predicting the future by observing the movenments of cats, especially the way that they jump and where they land. For example, a cat washing its face and ears could initiate rain! A cat washing one ear three times might suggest visitors from the direction from which the cat is looking. A cat following you could mean that you could come into some money! Since ancient times cats have been associated with mystery and the occult, so it is hardly suprising that diviners used them to search for clues into the future!
