I.m not sure what these sort of dreams mean!! I get alot that are like horror films (i suppose it saves me money on renting films) i had one the other day about a man that chopped of this womans head and then placed it in a glass box!! the head was moving and her mouth kept opening!! Then she came back to life killed him, and hung herself!! But one good thing is i.m going to write a little book based on it!! I also had another one about a serial killer killing loadsa people with a hammer, it seemed to go on forever!! yukky!!

i always rember at least two of my dreams per night and they can stay with me for years .
I had one period a couple of months ago where in each dream i had for about 2 weeks people killed themselves in different ways that was quite disturbing.
I have also had a couple of dreams which were quite normal and they came true.
But for most mine are usually distrubing dark and very very strange. they are always in colour and i can remember the smallest detail.
the most disturbing ones are when i dream of my own funeral now that is horrible i have them quite often and each time i can see myself in my coffin i can see the morners but they can't see me standing next to my body. they really upset me and can affect me for the whole day.

Blimey, I.m not suprised they freak you out!! Think I would be a bit disturbed by seeing my own funeral!! I had a dream that there was a war going on around me, I was protecting this lil girl, next thing i knew i had lost her and i fell into a swamp and i kept sinking into it and drowned!! That was horrid!!

ok guys i have something really freaky to tell you guys
about five yrs ago i had this dream of me falling down this elevator shaft and landing back first on this giant spider web,
shortly afterwards this giant spider came racing down the shaft and landed on the web right above me,
then it sunk it fangs deep into my abdomen, it felt so real that i work up with a start and held my guts
anyway,
about 2 yrs later i rented this movie called 'spiders' which was about alien dna being injected into a funnel web spider, needless to say every thing went pear shaped, this spider kept growing till it was huge,
about halfway through the movie what happened to me in my dream happened to this guy in the movie,
that totally freaked me out when i saw it
anyone know what this could mean? it was well weird to have dreamed about it and then see it happen in a movie

Oooh that is freaky....I bet it had you shocked MrSceptic that you later saw it in a film.
About six months ago I dreamt that there was a man beside my bed and he was twisting my thumbs...one side at a time. In the dream I can remember thinking that he was really hurting me...so much so that I woke myself up.
When I did wake up my thumbs really were hurting as though they had been twisted...somehow in my sleep I must have been squeezing my thumbs which caused the dream.

yeah thats well strange,
when i told me mum about the spider thing she told me i watch too much horror movies,
but when i see that guy get his guts sucked out, i auto matically held my own guts.
have you ever had a dream so vivid you thought it was real or have woken up in a dream but in reality still been asleep?
thats weird also eh

That has happened to me loads of times MrSceptic...and yeas it is very strange. I hate it when you wake up and it takes a few minutes to realise what you had dreamt isn't real...even more so when it was a nice dream.

I have a recurring dream. I have had it for years but it only surfaces every so often.
I am at the bottom of a grassy hill, along the top of the hill the sky is red (like a sunset). At some point an old steam train is travelling from righ to left across the top of the hill. I know I have to catch the train and start running up the hill. I have never caught the train yet but when my gran was alive she told me that I will only catch that train once and that will be my ride to the other side.

You know in films where the main character has one STINKER of a nightmare and wakes up sitting bolt upright? I'd never had a dream like that until a couple of months ago when I dreamed I was lying in bed and Gene Hackman pinned me down and slit my throat. I mean, come on - where the HELL did that come from? I hadn't been watching anything with Gene Hackman in it - I could just about remember who he was - and I hadn't been watching any horror/murder mystery programmes. Isn't it crazy how these things can just appear in your dreams?
I've also dreamed of my late grandmother. Occasionally she'll talk to me. I've dreamed of her when she was bed-ridden saying to me 'you've all forgotten me, no one brings me cups of tea anymore.' That was really sad. I remember telling her that of course we hadn't forgotten about her and I offered to go to Tescos to get her some cakes. Maybe my dreams are related to eating cheese before bedtime or something...

it could well be an underlying fear or a past life expirience also what you are being shown is some thing positive and there is nothing to worry about you are being shown the symbol for renewal.
