Ok this was more unnerving for me that scary but by the look of the person standing opposite I gathered it scared him a bit. This happened in the morgue at Maes this weekend during a séance. It had been going for about 10 mins with nothing happening when I asked for any spirit present to give us an audible or visual sign that they were there then the next thing I knew I was trying to stop my self from falling and felt very sick and had no idea where I was for a few seconds. When I regained my composure a bit I noticed the person standing opposite me looked very white and shocked he then proceeded to tell me that a few seconds before my funny turn he had seen some one about 7 foot tall standing behind me staring straight at my head and he also stated that by the look on his face he wasn’t to happy with me.

I think this weekend was the most active I have seen it in a while. I just wonder if someone has tried something in there that went a bit wrong

We have had more activity in there before when paul and i were alone and we got picked on back in dec. We found a lot of the activity at the weekend was around the guys dressed as british raf but the fact others of us were dressed as nazis and speaking german in there, it would have encouraged activity for that night i think. But thats what we went there for so im pleased with the results from the weekend.
The black figure standing over people has happened before - i saw it behind me in the morgue over a year ago.

Ive been wondering if the spirit that people are picking up on is the same one, there could be a few of them actually in the morgue but perhaps one is a lot stronger than the other so makes itself known more easily.
Just a thought.

That particular spirit does seem very strong and maybe it 'pushes' itself to the forefront.

I have been trying to think of an experiment that we could conduct to verify this, so far i have not come up with anything, how about other members, any ideas?

That's the weird thing about it, isn't it. That place even gives Paul the creeps at times yet where is the first place we all want to go as soon as we get to Maes?   |

I saw a figure there too. I certainly would say he was very tall, in fact I would say that you rarely see a person of that height. It was clear enough for me to describe what was worn too. Mandy  |

I was just wondering if anyone has done background research into the morgue and found out if there are any stories of an unusually tall ex-mortician? i know that probably seems boringly obvious but in some occurrences of unusually tall shadows it seems they are actual proportional representations of the people that worked/lived in these places..i vaguely recall an apparition called "long John" for just that reason, and no, i don't mean the pirate!

I can now confirm that there is indeed a male figure who was over 7ft tall that served and passed at Maes. Those of you who attended the recent investigation where we met Bill will also be able to verify this as he told us the story and he should lnow because he was there at the time!

I was not on the Vigil when Bill went in to the morgue.
Would like to know why he comes across as such a negative spirit though?

Bill told us about an extremely tall Irishman who had to eject from a plane. Unfortunately as he was ejecting he panicked and jumped up before the canopy had completely parted from the aircraft, it cut the man in half, at the waist.
Maybe he was an angry man in this life, maybe he was fuming at the way he passed or it could simply be he's fed up with us lot keep disturbing him.
Bill also told us that there were several bodies laid out in the temporary morgue, maybe our spirit could have been one of them.
