Polished or Raw

Hi All

Which in most peoples opinions is better to have, a raw crystal or a polished one? I've just recently had an interest in crystals so I'm trying to learn as much as possible about them. The majority of the crystals I have are polished but I tend to prefer the raw ones (even though the polished ones are prettier!!!)

Does anyone else have any preferences? and which do you believe is better to use?

i prefer raw crystals as opposed to polished, like you said they aren't as pretty but i find them more natural.
