Hi All,

Does anyone have an opinion on him ( i think that may be a silly question lol )

I have been watching him on Most Haunted and thought that he was quite good ( even better than Derek lol )

Do you think he is genuine or just bought in to it to try and make Derek look a bit more genuine ??

I like David but then again I remember when Derek was like him at the beginning of MH !

I have to admit i do like watching David as i tink he is a bit more reserved than Delboy. Also when noises are heard, he isn't quick to point them out as paranormal but tries to explain it first in the logical way.
I think hes a bit of a dark horse tho and they do say you have to watch the quiet ones

When I first saw him I thought he could be better than Degsy, but having seen David on an episode (can't remember which one but it must have been a while ago as I haven't watched it for quite some time!)...when he smashed his head into a mirror (having conveniently put a cloth over the glass of the mirror first.....)

Call me a sceptic, but that was the turning point for me with him....

Ultimately, I think that any medium who gets paid to perform or deliver (if you prefer that term) on television cannot retain their integrity. Just my humble opinion...

Have you noticed they have not had (to my knowledge) a female medium on MH?

They should get Maureen on there she'd tell them straight if there were any spirits present or not!

I have to agree with Mandi there, i don't think they'd get a female medium as it would be rivalry for Yvette, i do think she's outgrown her pram a bit now!

Hi Sean,

You know, I tend to agree here. He seems very level headed of late on the show and somewhat accurate if we are to believe he has no prior knowledge of places.

TBH I felt that Dezza has been even more shut out which appears to make David that much more credible anyway. Take the Hollywood Legion show the other week. I felt as if Yvie was almost ACCUSING him of porkies !!

Roll on Gordon Smith, that should be very interesting !!

I think old Derek has other things on his agenda now like a new show and things...perhaps this is there way of winding old Del Boy down and David taking over the reigns !!

Have you noticed he hasn't "gone into one" for ages ? I was looking at an old one the other day at Drury Lane, back in the early days when he got "possessed" by a bad actor...lol the irony eh ? It was on "TV's Most Shocking Moments" or something LMAO !! Yvie was hiding like a timid child, if he did it now she'd front him out LOL !!....

I have to be honest I really do like David Wells. i have read both of his books and have been lucky enough to have had some correspondence with him outside the Most Haunted world so to speak, and he has always been nothing short of lovely. I believe he is passionate about what he is doing and he's decision to leave the show and pursue his own workshops again and talks for people like us speaks volumes.

He is a wonderfull guy i think. Roll on the next book! They have helped me loads, really are worth a look.
