Again i find this subject fascinating....i have read many articles on the mystery surrounding it and to be honest i dont know quite what to make of it all.
Paul do you know of when and where that inccident happened in the nightclub?...it would be interesting to read more about it.

That really interesting paul....but what intrigued me was that 80% were female....why?....also they try saying that in most cases the people were last seen smoking or drinking...but how long after theyve been seen do they combust?....this is a fascinating subject... :wiz2: :angel2: :vom3: ........love the new smilies by the way.....lol

I watched a programme about SHC ages ago and they have re investigated all the people who have died from this phenomena after one case was cracked and discovered to be murder.

The body was set alight and whatever the clothes were made from acted like a wick and the body fat helped it to burn slowly, just like a candle! That is why the legs, arms etc are untouched. So instead of a sudden fire, these fires burned slowly for hours, depending on how much body fat there was.

They managed to rule most cases out as murder, successfully arresting and convicting the murderers in a few cases. Other cases they think could have been caused by sparks setting clothes alight or cigarettes that were disintergrated in the initial fire.

they also say that it could depend on how much alcohol a person drinks , this was one theroy anyway. if so i had better be careful

This is a subject that also terrifies me, when I was a teenager the thought of bursting in to flames was enough to give me a few sleepless nights.

i believe the reason that women combust like this is simple . they try to explain the offside rule to men and just get all heated up and just simply combust. i think kara knows what im talking about
