Hi Stephen,
This could be a problem with the Internet browser you are using.
Here a a copy of the post Laura made in another thread.
'If you use firefox as your browser and have problems registering, please try registering again with a different browser like Internet explorer.
Firefox will work just fine with logging in etc it seems to have a problem with registering new accounts.'
I think this may also be the case if you are using AOL as your browser.

Sorry to trouble you again; Just to let you know I do not have firefox on my system and I use Internet Explorer and broadband with Virgin.
